Open and honest introduction with no hidden fees. Didn’t feel pressured to put a certain amount to start trading just an amount comfortable for myself. Also no guarantees were made on returns and all open and transparent about dealing with an ever fluctuating market.

At the moment, I wouldn’t change anything if I’m honest.

I scored highly because I don't see the banks giving me that kind of return on a monthly basis.

As an experienced investor I was amazed by the communication from the team and had incredibly clear understanding and of how the investment process works before I went ahead and invested. I always do my due diligence before any investment and could not recommend Virtus more. To top things off my investment performance has been exactly what I had expected and I will be continuing to deposit more funds moving forward.

Very happy with the service but if I had to choose something it would be a slightly simpler platform view of my values and return when logging into my app.
